Equitable Social Solutions strives to eliminate housing barriers created by equity gaps that lead to housing instability.

Our goal is to place individuals and families in permanent, stable housing and provide the needed tools and support to develop self-sufficiency. Once placed, supportive services are a key aspect to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met.

Equitable Social Solutions impacts lives by creating tailored solutions for each person we serve in order to break the cycles of generational poverty and chronic homelessness.

Our program models are person-centered, unique to those we serve and sensitive to the diversity of the human experience.
