Equitable Social Solutions ALL IN Funding

In order to address the statewide housing and homelessness crisis, Oregon supplied ALL IN funding to a select group of agency providers to support the community.

ESS has two ALL IN projects:

Long Term Rental Assistance or LTRA

LTRA provides long-term rental subsidy support. LTRA’s goal is to serve 68 households by the end of the fiscal year.

LTRA program referrals come directly from the Lane County Centralized Waitlist. For more information on county referrals, please see their site: Coordinated Entry - Lane County

Please note, LTRA referrals do require an active Front Door Assessment or FDA. See the below attachment for more information on Front Door Assessments.

For more information, call 211.

Homeless Prevention

Homeless prevention serves households or individuals who are already housed. This can be defined as: a rental without previous subsidy where the resident can provide a signed lease agreement and verification of residency.

To be eligible for housing prevention support, you must be facing eviction for late or missing rent payments or adheres. You must be able to provide the eviction notice, notice to vacate, or notice showing imminent risk of homelessness, per funding requirements. Prevention funding will pay back owed rent to ensure you remain in compliance with your lease agreement.

If you believe you are eligible, contact 211. Inform them of your eviction notice and asked to be referred to a prevention program.
